Well, another month gone, and we are just a week away from the first Meeting C++ conference! Still this exciting news entry is just about the stats for October. As in the other statistics news posts, we start with the visitors graph:

As you see, unlike in September, there is no big spike this time. In total we had 5952 visitors in October, a little bit more then half came from cplusplus.com. On a normal weekday meetingcpp.com is visited by about 200 people, on the weekend its arround 100. There is a slight decline as you can see in the graph. This is because more and more people have already clicked on the banners of our community sponsors. But we had 255 visitors coming through a search engine to the site, with Google leading by far (243 Google, 5 Google Images, Yahoo4, Bing 3). Now, another intersting graph is the actual clicks we had on the site:

This graph looks very similar to the above, the orange line is the unique clicks, while the blue line is the total clicks of a day. Again, you see the weekend with far less clicks then weekdays.

Looking at the browser chart, we see that IE has far less of a share then it did in September:

Chrome is still the dominating browser, closely followed by Firefox.

Another interesting Statistic I'd like to share is our Facebook Page, which is still quite small, but already had a peak reach of 392 in a week:

The pink dots are new Status Updates, where news for Meeting C++ or C++ Links are shared. The Blueline is the reach of the last 7 Days, and the green line is "People talking about Meeting C++", I have no clue how facebook is calculating this.
