As there have been already a few questions about the conference, a few short details I already can give you:

• We'll be again at Andels Hotel Berlin
• the date is in November, not December (17-19. November)
• Keynote Bjarne Stroustrup

More details at the end of the month, then also tickets will be available and the call for papers will start.
