One more AMA for Meeting C++ 2022

A couple of weeks I've announced that we'll have AMAs as part of the online experience at Meeting C++ 2022.

At that point, I could only announce two AMAs. Inbal Levi and Bjarne Stroustrup will have the honor to be joined by no other than Andrei Alexandrescu!

I've been looking through candidates for a while, I'd prefer someone who has been at Meeting C++. I've seen a talk from Andrei recently about reflection, and at the end of the talk there was no time left for questions. And with all his experience in C++ and D he is a great addition to this years AMAs at the conference.
