Final call for sponsors in 2023

As the conference draws closer, I'd like to put out a final call for sponsors for Meeting C++ 2023!

Let me highlight the two updates to the sponsorships: Gold and Platin Sponsors now have access to the Meeting C++ candidate listing in the recruiting section. This gives sponsors access to potential candidates and lets them peak into what the Meeting C++ online job fair offers in candidates. Also there is a new video sponsor class which has been requested, this simple sponsorship provides support for the live streaming and includes the logo in the video stream.

The other sponsorship details have not changed to last year, as we run the conference in a very similar setup. So like last year, the sponsorship ranges from 500 € for online sponsor to 6000 € for Platin sponsors, with an onsite booth being optional available to gold and platin sponsors at 1000 €. As booth space is limited at the location, each sponsor can choose their own location from the list of still available booths.

This years conference

Last year marked the return of Meeting C++ to the Andels Hotel in Berlin for the annual onsite conference. This years setup is again hosted in the ground floor and the 1st floor, so no part of Meeting C++ 2023 is planned to be underground. One addition is that we will host a lounge again, where attendees are able to meetup in the breaks casually and to various topics in the lounge track during the talks.

The conference will host 3 tracks onsite and feature 3 keynotes. 300+* attendees are expected to be in Berlin, including speakers, staff and sponsors.

* this is currently hard to predict right. First event data from other conferences hints at that we might be close to 400 attendees, so at the moment the plan is to host 300 - 400 folks in Berlin.
