Adding the lounge track to the static schedule

An update for onsite attendees: we'll have the lounge open for meeting the C++ committee and other topics.

This is listed in the static schedule, as this contains the breaks, which is where the info for the Lounge Track is placed this year. The live schedule only contains talks.

• Day 2

  • 15:30 C++ on Linux Servers
  • 17:00 User Group and User Group organizers
• Day 3
  • 10:00 Meet the committee
  • 11:20 Meet the committee

We start these meetings in the breaks, so that some folks may leave once the talks begin, but others stay and have a great conversation.

The update to the schedule also includes the listing for the preregistration on Wednesday plus two updates to talks.
