Fernando Iglesias

I started software engineering during university studies around 10 years ago in Open Source using mostly C++ and Python. Since then, I have worked with web services and API for cloud computing diagnostics (Ruby, AWS), data mining a search engine index (C++ and a SQL-like), signal processing research (Matlab, C, Python, and a bit of Julia), computer vision for professional football (C++, CUDA, and Matlab), and software facilities and metrology in a large code base (predominantly C++).

I am passionate about modern C++ and enjoy following and volunteering at C++ conferences, programming puzzles, and sharing programming practices in technical and hands-on sessions.
