Cosmian is looking for a senior C++ developer to lead the development of its cryptographic library. Written in C++ 17, the library is still in its early iterations and incorporates the latest mathematical research in homomorphic and functional encryption. These cryptographic advances provide Cosmian with the ability to perform calculations on encrypted data and hence better protect privacy. Your daily tasks will involve working with some of the best world cryptographers from École Normale Supérieure to design and to deliver the best implementation of their latest research.
You must be maths-savvy (with an engineering degree or proven track record), have a strong interest in finding better algorithms and better data structures and you must show a passion for chasing micro-seconds down. The job is full-time and located in Paris, France, but the mastering of French is not mandatory. Remote work may be envisaged with specific requirements.
