Simplifying Qt MOC with C++26 reflections

Verdigris requires a lot of complicated macros and other C++ hacks to replace the Qt Meta Object Compiler (moc).
The C++26 reflections seem like a good fit to get rid of these complexities.
I will give you an introduction to both parts and investigate different ideas to improve the implementation.
