As one of the industry leaders in Security Software Products and probably the smallest company in the world with its own scan engine, IKARUS is continuously on track to shape the international IT security landscape. For the ongoing optimization of IKARUS anti.virus, our proven endpoint protection we are looking for a developer who will contribute to our client team.

Your mission:

• Deeply understand the complexity of antivirus-related projects and the importance of it to enhance the security among many people
• Working together with the team, to:
  • Create a better architecture
  • Create and optimize design solutions
  • Write stable and optimal code in C++
  • Test and integrate with the rest of the projects

Your qualifications:

• Creating stable, high quality, professional, bug-free (as much as possible) code in C++
• Software architecture and object-oriented design
• Test-driven development (basic, at least)
• Multithreading, algorithms, and data structures
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Visual Studio
• Positive, proactive, empathetic, energetic, and respectful human being
• Open and communicative person, able to work within a team and independently if needed
• Able to think outside the box, and to use critical observation.
• Eager to learn new technologies
• Able to analyze a problem and find the most simple and effective solution according to some stated criteria
