I am happy to announce that the C++ Institute is the first silver sponsor for Meeting C++ 2016:

Two years ago the C++ Institute was also a silver sponsor, and returns this year to the conference again! You will be able to meet two representatives of the institute at the conference.

The C++ Institute offers in cooperation with Pearson a C and C++ test and certification program. It is committed to the development of a global standard in C and C++ certification, which will allow coders and IT professionals from all over the world to assess and document their programming skills accurately and objectively in order to gain recognition for their expertise.

Also C++ Institute gave me a statement why they sponsor Meeting C++:

C++ Institute supports C/C++ initiatives, projects and user groups who are active in creating both local and global networks for C and C++ programming languages. Meeting C++ is not only a great collective of C++ enthusiasts and professionals, it is also a fabulous conference which hosts interesting people and shows inspirational talks. We are proud we can contribute to this initiative.
